About the Role Cape Fox Tours is seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager to support management duties within the Tours area of Cape Fox Corporation. The AGM will work with the General Manager and staff to complete tasks, assist with the supervision of tour and retail staff, and help develop operational policies and procedures.
What You'll Do
- Assist the General Manager with supervision of all tour and retail supervisory staff.
- Coordinate and schedule staff; assist with processing new hire paperwork with GM approval and submission to HR within two days of hire; process state work permits.
- Assist with inventory receiving and training staff; assist with store opening and closing procedures.
