About the Role The Assistant Facilities Project Manager supports the planning, execution, and closeout of facility-related capital projects across Copeland manufacturing and office locations. This is a developmental role designed to build technical, project management, and facilities engineering experience in an industrial environment. Working under the direction of a Facilities Project Manager or Facilities Director, the role will assist with project coordination, cost and schedule tracking, contractor oversight, documentation, and field execution.
What You'll Do
- Project Planning & Execution Support: Assist in the planning and execution of facility capital projects, renovations, and infrastructure improvements.
- Support development and maintenance of project schedules, budgets, and scopes of work.
- Track action items, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and closeout documentation.
