About the Role The Assistant Facilities Manager will support ULINE's facilities operations at the Pleasant Prairie distribution site, assisting with maintenance, safety, and daily facilities activities to keep the site running smoothly. This role helps ensure reliable, safe, and efficient facility operations supporting the warehouse team.
What You'll Do
- Support daily facilities operations, coordinating maintenance and repairs with internal teams and external vendors.
- Assist with safety programs, inspections, and compliance with applicable regulations.
- Help manage facilities projects, space planning, and asset management for the site.
- Track facilities metrics and prepare reports for the facilities leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues impacting operations.
What We're Looking For
- Strong organizational and communication skills with ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Basic knowledge of facilities management, maintenance processes, and safety standards.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Prior experience in a warehouse or industrial facilities setting is a plus.
