Assistant Executive – Trade Representative

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales volumes and achieve daily targets across your assigned route.
  • Ensure products are available, visible, and well-placed in all retail outlets (Dukas, beauty shops, and pharmacies).
  • Build strong relationships with retailers to enhance brand loyalty and sales performance.
  • List and promote new product developments (NPDs) with timely introduction and feedback collection.
  • Execute in-store merchandising, POSM placement, and activation plans to boost visibility and sell-out.
  • Capture sales data, stock levels, and market insights accurately through the Sales App.
  • Uphold company values by ensuring compliance, ethical conduct, and responsible management of trade floats and company assets.

Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of experience in field sales, route-to-market execution, or retail distribution within the FMCG sector.

  • Strong selling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Solid understanding of retail environments and merchandising standards.

  • Must have a driving license with a minimum of 2 years of driving experience.

  • Proficiency in using Sales Apps and Microsoft Office tools.

  • A customer-centric, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.

  • Diploma in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.

  • Familiarity with the region.
