1. Responsible for the production equipment systems design, specification, programming, simulation and testing, and start-up assistance as well as providing detailed documentation upon project completion, ensuring all design practices, installation methods, testing and commissioning are running smoothly

2. Manage the equipment cost of project budget; ensure that there is not any over budget.

3. Strengthen current Project Management practices.

4. Document development work including writing protocols for manufacturing or scientific test results.

5. Compliance with SOP, GMP, ISO14001 and OHSAS18000.

6. Total Employee Involvement with responsibility per EHS requirement. Ensure EHS/Quality impacts to be minimal during progress.
