The Assistant Director of Transfer Admissions is responsible for coordinating transfer recruitment, admissions processing, and partnership development to support Cheyney University’s enrollment goals. The position ensures accurate evaluation of transfer credentials, effective use of admissions technology, and cross-departmental collaboration to improve student access, retention, and time-to-degree. The Assistant Director serves as the primary liaison between Cheyney University and the Community College of Philadelphia (CCP) and supports the development of additional community college partnerships within the University’s primary recruitment markets.

Transfer Admissions & Recruitment
