Overview

From the heart of Clark Freeport Zone, Swissôtel Clark offers Swiss vitality and sustainability. This role is responsible for the supervision and management of Food & Beverage Services operations to maximize guest satisfaction and department profits.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Set periodic Food & Beverage Services budget and forecast
• Analyze monthly P&L and month-end reports, identify deviations from business plan goals
• Participate in management meetings to review progress toward goals and develop the annual business plan for the department
• Oversee and manage Food & Beverage Operations and team members

Qualifications

• Previous luxury brand hotel experience is an advantage
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Diploma in Hospitality Management/Food & Beverage preferred
• Additional certifications in Food & Beverage are advantageous
• Experienced in all aspects of Food & Beverage Services, especially local function styles
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity with proven records in delivering F&B operating results
• High degree of professionalism with strong understanding of global markets and business acumen
