Assistant Director of CRM Operations

This position supports new student enrollment efforts through configuring and tracking communication campaigns with the Salesforce and TargetX environments. As a critical part of the role, this position builds on campus admissions events within Salesforce CRM and all supporting systems. This position supports the admissions teams by monitoring inquiry data, counselor territory data, and data imports. This will position will also serve as a backup for the director when the director is not able to refresh PeopleSoft data extractions. This position will interact with members of the admissions team, admissions operations, and members from the Marketing & Communications departments. Typical hiring range for this position is $55,000 to $64,000 commensurate with qualifications and experience.

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree and experience with large administrative databases
- Demonstrated written and oral communication skills
- Recent and demonstrated experience with query writing and email communication (drip) campaigns
- Ability to work with multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and in collaborative teams.
- Technical skills
- Demonstrated capacity to manage spreadsheets; this includes scripting in either Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
- Experience working directly with CRM
- Experience in building queries or programming in SQL and HTML
- Experience working with multi-faceted communication plans (preferably in higher education contexts)
Preferred:
- Master’s degree or equivalent education and experience
- Familiarity with data analytics tools such as R, Python/Pandas
- Familiarity with version control concepts and tools (e.g. Git and GitLab)
- Familiarity with MS Power BI or similar BI products
- Familiarity with large administrative datasets such as PeopleSoft (with a focus on PS Campus Solutions)
