About the Role We are seeking an Assistant Director and Children's Fitness Coach for My Gym in Waldorf or St. Mary's County. The role focuses on leading the team, running operations, and coaching staff to deliver high-energy, development-focused children's fitness programs. What You'll Do
- Lead and develop the team to deliver exceptional My Gym programs
- Manage daily operations and ensure a smooth, safe classroom environment
- Coach staff and provide ongoing training to support children's development
- Work across Waldorf and St. Mary's County; on-site; full-time What We're Looking For
- Leadership and supervisory experience preferred
- Available full-time (35+ hrs/week) across Waldorf and St. Mary's
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Reliable transportation
- Background in fitness/dance/sports/theatre a plus Nice to Have
- Background in fitness/dance/sports/theatre is a plus (optional) Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $20-$25/hr
