  • Job Description Summary

  • The Assistant Director of Admission Operations/CRM assists the Director of Operations in developing and managing the Technolutions Slate system to support the Graduate and Undergraduate Admission counseling teams. Admission Operations creates and maintains applications, assists with the management of daily application processing, and overall maintenance of system functionality.

Responsibilities

  • Liaison with the Strategic Marketing and Communications team

  • Collaborate on the collection of leads in Slate related to marketing campaigns

  • Facilitate the sharing of data related to the evaluation process of campaigns to aid in decision making for department and marketing partners.

  • Create and maintain Slate applications and assist with management of integrated CAS applications

  • Coordinate with Admission staff to plan annual changes

  • Configure updates during Cycle Prep

  • Assist with managing the processing of applications during the admission cycle

  • Assist with managing set up of checklists and rules for application processing

  • Create and maintain documentation

  • Collaborate with Admission Communications and Admission Counseling teams

  • Update and maintain Application Status Page configuration for applicants, admits, and incoming students.
