About the Role Assistant Controller intern at Tower Semiconductor HQ finance team. This internship provides exposure to quarterly financial close, management reporting, and cross-border collaboration within a global publicly-traded industrial company. What You'll Do
- Integrate in the teamwork of quarterly financial reports closing & preparation of managerial reports
- Assist with global taxation operation, incl. Pillar 2, CbC, TP
- Support projects and activities as part of establishment and implementation of new business requirements, local compliances and reporting standards
- Perform and review internal controls and SOX controls
- Maintain routine communications with the company's sites across different time zones What We're Looking For
- Essential: at least one year of accounting internship in a big-4 firm
- Essential: residence in the north of Israel
- Solid knowledge of Excel and Office
- Good verbal and written English communication skills
- Ability and willingness to work long hours, and under a tight schedule
- Advantage: experience in auditing an industrial public / high tech company in Israel Nice to Have
