Job title: Assistant Controller Intern
About the Role Join Tower Semiconductor as an Assistant Controller Intern at the company's headquarters in Migdal Haemek. You will contribute to quarterly financial close and the preparation of managerial reports, and support global tax operations, local compliance, and new business requirements across sites.
What You'll Do
- Participate in the quarterly financial close and preparation of managerial reports
- Assist with global taxation operations including Pillar 2, CbC reporting, and Transfer Pricing
- Support projects and activities for establishing and implementing new business requirements, local compliance and reporting standards
- Perform and review internal controls and SOX controls
- Maintain routine communications with Tower sites worldwide across different time zones
What We're Looking For
- Essential: at least one year of accounting internship in a Big-4 firm
- Essential: residence in the north of Israel
- Solid knowledge of Excel and Office
- Good verbal and written English communication skills
- Ability and willingness to work long hours under a tight schedule
- Advantage: experience in auditing an industrial public / high-tech company in Israel
