Summary The Assistant Coach, Women’s Basketball fills an integral part of the Taylor Basketball coaching team. Responsible for assisting the Head Coach, the Assistant Coach will aid in instruction, teaching, and evaluation of skills; partnering with game preparation, practice plan development, and scheduling; and contribute to recruiting efforts, among other duties. Additionally, the Assistant Coach will play a key mentorship role, contributing to the overall spiritual development and discipleship of student-athletes.
