About the Role McKendree University seeks an Assistant Coach to support the head coach in day-to-day operations for our athletic program. This is a 9-month, in-person role based in Lebanon, IL, with travel, game and practice commitments, and weekend/evening hours. What You'll Do
- Assist the head coach with day-to-day operations and game-day responsibilities.
- Support recruiting activities, travel to competitions, and practice scheduling.
- Collaborate with coaching staff to plan and implement training sessions. What We're Looking For
- Bachelor\u2019s degree in a related field.
- Willingness to work varied hours, including weekends and evenings; travel required.
- 9-month commitment September through May.
