About this role

This position will assist the Head Baseball Coach in managing the baseball team.
Examples of Duties
Attract student-athletes who line up with our rigorous academic standards and core values
Practice and game planning execution
Work with the Athletics Department to implement a vision for New College including
Daily practice plans
Innovative statistical analysis
Building a championship culture for the program
Creating/Coaching a full slate of college games in Florida
Mentor player-athletes and create a mentorship program that will help our students
A positive influence; a program builder; strong communication and recruiting skills; strong organizational skills
This position will require the person to work flexible hours. Weekends may be necessary depending on our game schedule.
