Job title: Assistant Clinical Research Manager - Breast Oncology Clinical Trials
About the Role The Assistant Clinical Research Manager (ACRM) will work within the Breast Oncology clinical research program and assist in the management of the research team in the overall conduct of clinical trials under Good Clinical Practice and under the supervision of the Principal Investigator. This is a full-time hybrid role based at Dana-Farber's Boston campus.
What You'll Do
- Support the management of the clinical research team in the conduct of clinical trials in the Breast Oncology program.
- Ensure trials comply with Good Clinical Practice, regulatory requirements, and PI oversight.
- Collaborate with investigators and study teams to support trial operations, regulatory documentation, and data integrity.
- Participate in trial start-up activities and ongoing study oversight.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in clinical research with a working knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP).
- Ability to support management of research staff and coordinate across trial teams.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to work with investigators and program leadership.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $70,000.00 - $85,300.00 per year (USD).
- Hybrid work arrangement; full-time position.
