About the Role Clé de Peau Beauté, part of the Shiseido Group, is launching a Harrods flagship in London. As Assistant Business Manager for Clé de Peau Beauté at Harrods, you will support the Business Manager in leading a team of Personal Beauty Specialists to deliver authentic, elegant luxury service and meet customers’ skincare and beauty needs. You will help develop the team and contribute to the growth and success of a worldwide flagship brand.
What You'll Do
- Support the Business Manager to lead a team of Personal Beauty Specialists to deliver elevated luxury service and build a loyal customer base.
- Identify opportunities to drive business growth and present ideas to the team.
- Lead by example through training and coaching, leveraging extensive product knowledge and immersive training programmes.
- Collaborate within the Shiseido Group network to develop people and the business; help the Harrods flagship make a real impact.
- Drive KPIs and sales targets by maintaining proactive, target-driven selling and exceptional client experience.
- Stay aligned with brand values and the group’s Trust8 principles: Think Big, Take Risks, Hands on, Collaborate, Be Open, Act with Integrity, Be Accountable, Applaud Success.
What We're Looking For
- Demonstrable experience in coaching and developing others.
- Beauty retail management experience.
- Strong experience in artistry, ideally with a qualification.
- Ability to communicate effectively with a team and lead.
- Ability to drive KPIs and sales targets.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Alignment with Shiseido Group values and Trust8 principles.
