プロフェショナル向け(B2B)ヘアケア＆ヘアスタイリングブランドのアシスタントブランドマネージャー。日本市場でのブランド価値・売上・シェアを拡大するためのブランディング・新製品導入可否の決定・GTM戦略の立案・実施を行う。
What you’ll do

ブランド・プロジェクトに関する社内プレゼンテーション

年間予算作成・管理

新製品のフォーキャスト作成

目標達成のためのKPI設定およびアクションプランの実行

業界：美容サロン業界（ヘアケアおよびスタイリング）

流通：美容代理店、美容室 ※一部EC,リテール含む
