About the Role MSKCC seeks a Radiation Oncologist (board-eligible or board-certified) for either a combined clinical-research or clinical faculty track at our Monmouth, NJ site. The role will involve approximately 60-80% clinical effort with a possible focus on head and neck cancer, and 20-40% dedicated research time (depending on the clinical or clinical-academic track). The research component may be conducted at any Memorial Sloan Kettering facility, and applicants are expected to develop both clinical and translational research. What You'll Do
- Provide high-quality clinical care in radiation oncology at the Monmouth, NJ site.
- Potential partial focus on head and neck cancer.
- Dedicate 20-40% of effort to research including clinical trials, biospecimen studies, patient-reported outcomes, and health services research.
- Develop and lead clinical and translational research programs.
- Participate in multidisciplinary teams and teaching within MSK. What We're Looking For
- Board-eligible or board-certified Radiation Oncologist.
- Interest in either a clinical-research or clinical faculty track.
- Ability to work at the Monmouth, NJ site.
- Strong collaborative and leadership skills.
- Flexible with clinical-academic time split (60-80% clinical, 20-40% research). Nice to Have
- Interest or experience in head and neck cancer (preferred given potential focus). Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $400,000 - $600,000 per year.
