About the Role As a member of EY Luxembourg's AML/KYC Audit team, you will execute AML and KYC audit engagements across banking, fintech, asset management, and insurance clients under supervision, contributing to the assessment of regulatory compliance and control effectiveness of audited clients. You will execute/lead client engagements related to financial fraud investigations (asset tracing, money laundering, sanctions analysis, suspected ethics violations, regulatory investigations & open-source intelligence), FCPA/UKBA compliance reviews, fraud risk assessment, and dispute resolution support including assistance in matters pertaining to financial issues like business interruption. What You'll Do
- Execute walkthroughs, sample testing, and substantive procedures on clients AML/KYC processes (CDD/EDD, transaction monitoring, names screening, governance and reporting framework evaluation).
- Draft audit working papers, test scripts, and findings in line with EY Luxembourg AML Audit Methodology.
- Execute or lead client engagements related to financial fraud investigations, FCPA/UKBA compliance reviews, fraud risk assessment, and dispute resolution support.
- Support engagement management under the supervision of senior team members across banking, fintech, asset management, and insurance clients. What We're Looking For
- Interest or experience in AML/KYC audits across banking, fintech, asset management, and insurance sectors.
- Ability to perform client engagements including financial fraud investigations (asset tracing, money laundering, international sanctions analysis, regulatory investigations, and open-source intelligence).
- Familiarity with FCPA/UKBA compliance reviews, fraud risk assessment, and dispute resolution support.
- Skills in documenting audit evidence, drafting working papers, and communicating findings. Nice to Have
