Asset Servicing Specialist

About the Role This role focuses on asset servicing and reconciliation using Geneva and DUCO, supporting multiple global teams, and ensuring accurate processing and issue resolution in a fast-paced environment. What You'll Do

• Hands-on experience with asset servicing and processing principal activities like Drawdown, Paydown, and Interest in Geneva.
• Reconcile cash and positions across all funds on a daily basis using the DUCO platform.
• Review upcoming activities/exceptions from Geneva – WSO accelerator, contract modifications as per agent notices.
• Work across multiple groups to troubleshoot technical and accounting problems.
• Ensure all activities are processed and updated in Geneva; reach out to Agents/Trustee/Internal team for resolving exceptions on a daily basis.
• Escalation of unresolved cash and position breaks to Manager and onshore team.
• Create SOPs and participate in training programs.
• Liaise with global teams and support ongoing projects, system integration, perform UAT, as needed. What We're Looking For
• Knowledge of Syndicated Bank loans / Private Credit / CLOs.
• Processing experience using Geneva as a software tool for Syndicated bank debt module.
• Reconciliation experience of cash and position using DUCO or another reconciliation platform.
• Hands-on experience processing activities manually in Geneva related to credit facilities.
• Awareness of Agents Banks, Trustees and Custodian roles in supporting Private Credit.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Word) with high proficiency in MS Excel.
• Highly motivated and the ability to effectively work as an individual contributor; strong analytical, problem solving, critical thinking and decision-making skills; multitask and deliver under tight deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal and written English communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to write effectively and summarize large amounts of information succinctly and quickly.
• Desire to work in an international team environment, often under pressure and with multiple stakeholders. Nice to Have
• Experience with UAT and system integration is a plus.
• Ability to work in a global team environment and manage multiple stakeholders.
