Job title: Asset Servicing Analyst

About the Role This role focuses on asset servicing and reconciliation for private credit instruments using Geneva and DUCO, ensuring timely processing and resolution of exceptions. The candidate will coordinate with agents, trustees and internal teams across global projects, participate in system integration activities and UAT as needed.

What You'll Do

• Hands-on experience with asset servicing, processing principal activities like Drawdown, Paydown, and Interest in Geneva.
• Reconcile cash and positions across all funds daily using the DUCO platform.
• Review upcoming activities and exceptions from Geneva – WSO accelerator; process contract modifications as per agent notices.
• Collaborate across multiple groups to troubleshoot technical and accounting problems.
• Ensure all activities are processed and updated in Geneva; reach out to Agents/ Trustees/ Internal teams to resolve exceptions daily.
• Escalate unresolved cash and position breaks to Manager and onshore team.
• Create SOPs and participate in training programs.
• Liaise with global teams, support ongoing projects and system integrations, and perform UAT as needed.
• Awareness of Agents Banks, Trustees and Custodian roles in supporting Private Credit.

What We're Looking For

• Knowledge of Syndicated Bank loan/ Private Credit / CLOs.
• Processing experience using Geneva as the software tool for Syndicated Bank debt Module.
• Reconciliation experience of Cash and Position using DUCO or any other Recon platform.
• Hands-on experience processing activities manually in Geneva related to Credit Facilities in Geneva.
• Awareness of Agents Banks, Trustee’s and Custodian role in supporting Private Credit.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills with high proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Highly motivated and the ability to effectively work as an individual contributor and possess strong analytical, problem solving, critical thinking and decision-making skills, multitask and deliver under tight deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal and written English communication skills; ability to summarize large amounts of information succinctly and quickly.
• Desire to work in an international team environment, often under pressure and with multiple stakeholders.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Geneva for Syndicated Bank debt module (credit facilities processing).
• Knowledge of Syndicated Bank loans, Private Credit and CLOs.
• Experience with DUCO or other reconciliation platforms.
• Experience in an international, fast-paced environment.
