Asset Management - Transfer Agent and DS Counter - Analyst/Associate
As a TA and DS Counter Associate within our dynamic team, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing client trust, ensuring compliance, and promoting operational excellence within the company.
Job responsibilities
- Be skillful at fund subscription and redemption business process, accurately process and support the daily operations of the company's direct sales business lines, including account-related and transaction-related services, and manage risks during business processing.
- Promptly archive daily client business documents, ensuring the completeness and accuracy of client information. Additionally, assist with audits and business requirements by retrieving and providing necessary documentation.
- Setup static data in key operation systems (e.g. TA, ETF TA, Fund Settlement) to support smooth daily fund operation.
- To work with the team to take nightshift rotation on TA day-end system processing (about once a week).
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and provide value-added operational support (e.g. regulatory data output, customized parameter table and respond to sales and client enquires) .
- To coordinate with stakeholders for projects related to innovative product development, system tests and process optimization according to business needs.
- Timely respond to the requirements of new business initiatives, regulatory changes, and system performance evaluations, collaborate with relevant departments to conduct appropriate business system testing. Additionally, assist in enhancing direct sales business rules, streamlining processes, and optimizing systems.
- Adhere to applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines governing professional conduct. Proactively identify and mitigate compliance risks associated with business practices, while taking full responsibility for ensuring adherence to standards of professional conduct.
- Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor and department heads.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Computer Science, or related fields.
- At least 2 years relevant working experience.
- Holds China Asset Management Association professional qualification certificate.
- Honest and trustworthy, hardworking, detail-oriented.
- Strong communication skills and learning ability; strong professional dedication and sense of responsibility; able to work under pressure.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Proficient in Office Software, with strong written communication skills, good coordination skills and teamwork spirit.
- Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
