Asset Management - Client Account Management Analyst
Be part of a team that helps clients navigate their day-to-day servicing needs with speed, care, and precision. In this role, your coordination and ownership will directly improve the client experience.
As a Client account management analyst in the Client account management team, you support day-to-day client servicing across a broad range of investment solutions. You coordinate across internal partners to complete account maintenance, reporting, and service requests accurately and on time. You help strengthen client relationships by ensuring consistent execution, clear communication, and continuous improvement.
Job responsibilities
- Support client account managers by coordinating across internal partners to deliver a high-quality client experience
- Process and track account maintenance requests, including onboarding support, cash activity support, reporting setup, fee and billing setup, guideline setup, and contact maintenance
- Coordinate requirements and follow-ups with partners such as investment specialists, portfolio management teams, trading, cash management, guideline management, and client reporting teams
- Prepare recurring and ad hoc client reports and service materials using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
- Maintain accurate documentation and a clear audit trail for completed activities
- Ensure work is completed in line with regional procedures, including appropriate quality checks and timely escalation of issues
- Identify opportunities to improve servicing workflows, reduce errors, and enhance the overall client experience
- Communicate updates, deadlines, and dependencies clearly and professionally across multiple teams
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent)
- At least 2 years of experience in client servicing, operations, account management, or a related role
- Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders and coordinate priorities and timelines across multiple teams
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for preparing and maintaining reports and documentation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate clearly and concisely
- Experience working effectively with global or cross-cultural teams
- Sound judgment and attention to detail when processing requests and maintaining records
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Experience supporting institutional or sub-advisory clients within asset management, asset servicing, custody, or investment banking environments
- Understanding of investment products and asset classes
- Working knowledge of core financial concepts and markets
- Experience preparing client-facing materials such as service reviews or recurring reporting packs
- Experience supporting process improvement, quality control, or operational risk controls in a servicing environment
- Developing experience using AI-powered analytics, workflow automation, or intelligent process tools to drive efficiency gains, reduce manual effort, or improve accuracy in operational processes.
