Job title: Asset Management and Investment Funds Associate
About the Role We are seeking a midlevel/senior Asset Management and Investment Funds associate to join the Boston, New York, or Washington, DC office. The ideal candidate will have four to seven years of experience and demonstrated expertise in registered funds, regulatory, or private funds spaces. You will work with experienced lawyers who will provide mentoring and opportunities to assume increasing levels of responsibility and client contact.
What You'll Do
- Join the Asset Management and Investment Funds practice in one of the listed offices (Boston, NY, DC).
- Collaborate with experienced lawyers who will provide active mentoring and opportunities to assume increasing levels of responsibility and client contact.
- Apply expertise in registered funds, regulatory, or private funds spaces to client matters.
- Work independently and as part of a team; demonstrate a self-starter approach and a commitment to high-quality client service.
- Maintain strong academic credentials and excellent communication skills to support client needs.
What We're Looking For
- Four to seven years of relevant experience as an asset management and investment funds practitioner (midlevel/senior).
- Demonstrated expertise in registered funds, regulatory, or private funds spaces.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team; self-starter.
- Strong academic credentials and excellent communication skills.
- Commitment to providing the highest quality client service.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base compensation: $295,000 - $420,000 annually.
