Key Responsibilities

• Lead Asset Data Management implementation at production-site level, ensuring successful delivery in line with business objectives, timelines, quality expectations and budget targets.
• Manage and develop a team of Asset Data Coordinators, providing guidance, coaching, performance feedback, and day-to-day leadership.
• Coordinate planning, resource allocation, progress reviews, risk management, and stakeholder communication across multiple workstreams.
• Build effective collaboration with internal technical teams and external partners to support the delivery of digital asset and data management projects.
• Ensure data quality and consistency across physical assets, SAP systems, technical documentation, and intelligent 3D asset information.
• Support training, user adoption, and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance asset data management capabilities across the production site.

Required Qualifications:

• Education: University or college degree (engineering or another relevant technical field).

• Experience: At least 5 years professional experience in production equipment and maintenance processes

• Skills:

• technical and maintenance-process knowledge

• experience in project and integrated-delivery management

• working knowledge of SAP PM

• experience with technical documentation and asset data

• strong organizational and communication skills

• ability to lead and develop a team

• adaptability and structured problem-solving mindset

• risk and budget coordination skills

• Language: Advanced level of English, both written and verbal.

• Driving licence: B category
