QUAIS SERÃO SUAS PRINCIPAIS RESPONSABILIDADES: Execução em loja: Execução correta do planograma, organização de gôndola, garantir sortimento correto em loja, facing; Pesquisa e monitoramento de performance: Captar informações da loja e utilizar dados e insights para tomadas de decisão; Influência em loja: Identificar oportunidades e executar planos de ação, influenciando a loja para criar uma ponte entre a loja e time de vendas; MPDV: Transportar e implementar materiais táticos; Inovações: Apresentar as inovações, trazendo informações sobre tendência da categoria, oportunidades e principais batalhas; Visão da concorrência: Informações sobre ações da concorrência, ativações e preço; Treinamento em loja: Fornecer treinamentos para lojistas/ balconistas/ dermos sobre os produtos e execução; Monitoramento negociações JBP: Garantir que as ações negociadas na matriz estão sendo executadas nas lojas; Visita em loja: Plano de campo eficiente, com visita planejada e número alvo de visitas no período; REQUISITOS: Vaga Afirmativa para Mulheres; Residir em Uberlândia - MG; Possuir CNH - Categoria B ( Definitiva) Unilever is an organisation committed to equity, inclusion and diversity to drive our business results and create a better future, every day, for our diverse employees, global consumers, partners, and communities.
