Assessor(a) de Vendas e Negócios Sênior é responsável por gerenciar e desenvolver contas de clientes, garantindo o alcance das metas de volume, rentabilidade e crescimento do negócio. Atua de forma consultiva para identificar necessidades dos clientes, propor soluções de negócio e construir relacionamentos sólidos e de longo prazo. Também apoia atividades de crédito e cobrança, contribuindo para uma relação financeira saudável e para a resolução de questões comerciais. Além disso, utiliza análises de mercado e conhecimento técnico para desenvolver estratégias de preços, portfólio, promoções e canais, impulsionando os resultados e a expansão da empresa.

O que você fará

Promover sell in ou sell out, seguindo as prioridades do negócio.
Colaborar ativamente na resolução e prevenção de questões relacionadas a Crédito e Cobrança.
Manter comunicação aberta e frequente com os clientes, favorecendo relações de negócios ganha-ganha.
Manter os conhecimentos técnicos atualizados, demonstrando ser especialista nos produtos e processos da Goodyear (GY), agregando valor às necessidades de negócio dos clientes.
Analisar dados de mercado para apoiar ações de vendas e marketing, desenvolvendo uma abordagem orientada por dados e sendo capaz de identificar e capturar oportunidades de melhoria.
Desenvolver relacionamentos de longo prazo.

O que buscamos

Graduação completa, preferencialmente em Administração de Empresas, Economia, Engenharia ou áreas correlatas.
Conhecimento em Microsoft Office, com capacidade para realizar análises em Excel e elaborar apresentações em PowerPoint.
Mais de 5 anos de experiência em Vendas.
Desejável: MBA ou formação equivalente.
Desejável: Experiência prévia no mercado de pneus e/ou varejo.

Conhecimentos, Habilidades e Competências

Conhecimentos em Vendas e Marketing.
Foco em metas e desenvolvimento de planejamento.
Visão de negócios (business acumen).
Habilidades de trabalho em equipe.
Capacidade de equilibrar uma abordagem orientada ao cliente com foco em resultados.
Excelentes habilidades de comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal.
Excelentes capacidades organizacionais e habilidade para gerenciar múltiplas tarefas simultaneamente.
