About the Role A role in the Assembly area focused on quality control and process conformity. The incumbent conducts checks, records data, and supports continuous improvement by identifying non-conformities and ensuring proper use of tools and procedures. What You'll Do
- Perform checks as defined in the Quality Control Plan and record required data.
- Identify non-conforming products using the red card process.
- Distribute and collect PDEK or other control charts.
- Provide feedback to line and to WPA for all non-conformities on the assembly line using stop-at-first-defect.
- Inspect 5S / housekeeping within the area of responsibility.
- Identify product risks (e.g., material on the floor, damaged terminals, bent components).
- Verify operators are qualified per the skills matrix and that OK to Start is followed at shift start.
- Check error-proofing conformity (e.g., good/bad sample release, poka-yoke, jigs).
- Ensure assembly aids/tools are available and in good condition.
- Validate completion of packing per work instructions and conformity.
- Ensure inline and offline reworks are performed by qualified operators using released tools per rework procedures.
- Inspect documentation in workstation per control plan and internal standards.
- Audit final harness inspection per QM plan and care points. What We're Looking For
- Education: Minimum Bac; all branches accepted.
- Experience: 1 year of relevant experience.
- Social competences: Communication, social and intercultural sensitivity, change management, target & result orientation, motivation & resilience, self-organization, conflict management, teamwork.
- Professional competences: Adult learning theory, blended learning, e-learning concepts, skills and competency modeling, training management, leadership development programs.
