Allegro is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Operator to join our world-class manufacturing team. In this project-hire role, you will be on the front lines of creating cutting-edge semiconductor products, directly contributing to their quality and performance. This position requires safety, precision, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do

Execute Assembly Processes: Meticulously perform assembly tasks by strictly following the procedures outlined in the appropriate Work Instructions.

Ensure Quality & Compliance: Adhere to all applicable procedures and specifications, and be empowered to hold any in-process run that falls below the trigger yield or is off-specification, promptly informing the Production Supervisor for disposition.

Champion Safety: Comply with all applicable safety rules and regulations, and promptly report hazards, injuries, or near-miss incidents to your supervisor.

Maintain Workplace Excellence: Actively implement 5S principles and maintain excellent housekeeping to ensure a clean, safe, and organized environment.

Uphold Company Standards: Comply with all company rules and regulations as detailed in the Code of Employee Discipline.

Communicate & Improve: Keep your supervisor informed of anomalies, problems, potential improvements, or other issues, and proactively suggest opportunities for continuous improvement.

Develop & Adapt: Attend all required trainings, stay current with best practices, and willingly accept cross-training and reassignments to other areas or shifts to support the team's needs.

What We're Looking For

Completion of a minimum of 2 years in college or a graduate of a 2-year course.
