Job title: Assembly Operator (Thursday-Saturday Days)
About the Role To assemble parts in an assigned area until the final product is complete. The role operates on the Thursday-Saturday Day shift (5:45am–6:15pm CST) and may require rotating between stations and facilities based on production needs.
What You'll Do
- Read and follow the SOP at each designated station within an Assembly cell.
- Quality-check each piece against set aesthetic standards.
- Keep designated station full of needed parts for the job assigned.
- Learn job duties at multiple stations within the assigned cell.
- Flexibility to rotate from one assigned cell or manufacturing facilities to another based on production needs.
- Keep work area clean with expected housekeeping.
- Work unsupervised and handle multiple tasks.
- All other duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For
- Moderate proficiency in English.
- Ability to read SOP in English.
- Standing for long periods of time.
- High School Diploma or GED.
