About the Role Milwaukee Tool is seeking an Assembly Operator to assemble parts in an assigned area until the final product is complete. This role supports production on the Mon-Wed Nights shift (5:45pm–6:15am CST) in Cookeville, TN, contributing to efficient, quality-driven assembly operations.
What You'll Do
- Read and follow the SOP at each designated station within an Assembly cell.
- Quality-check each piece against established aesthetic standards.
- Keep designated station stocked with needed parts for the job.
- Learn duties at multiple stations within the assigned cell.
- Be flexible to rotate between cells or facilities based on production needs.
- Maintain a clean work area with housekeeping expectations.
- Work unsupervised and handle multiple tasks.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For
- Moderate proficiency in English.
- Ability to stand for long periods.
- Ability to read SOP in English.
- High School Diploma or GED.
