組立機械エンジニア / Assembly Machine Engineer

Our Team

組立グループは、オペレーター、機械技術者の2部門で構成されています。機械技術者（機械班とBuild）は、組立設備の修理・保全だけでなく、設備改善や新規設備の立ち上げを担い、生産現場の安定稼働と生産性向上を支える重要なチームです。オペレーターや関係部門と連携しながら、設備・制御・工程改善の知識と技術を身につけ、より良いものづくりに挑戦したい方を歓迎します。

What You Will Do

・組立機械の修理、保全業務

・設備改善に伴う設計・改善業務

・工程改善業務

・新規組立機械の立ち上げ、試作

・改善に関する各種打ち合わせ業務

・外部へのベンチマーキング（必要に応じて）

※ 未経験の方でもOJTは充実しているので心配いりません。

約半年～1年位、現場でオペレーター業務を経験して、作業/設備/製品を学ぶ期間を設けます。（その間: 12時間の2交代勤務制）

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

・コミュニケーション能力がある方

・チャレンジ精神がある方

・日本語：ビジネスレベル

What Will Put You Ahead

・製造設備のオペレーション(operation)経験者

・改善プロジェクトに携わった経験がある方

・制御(PLC)システムに携わった経験がある方

・英語：口頭での日常会話が可能なレベル

海外工場とのコミュニケーションが必要なケースや、海外出張の可能性もあり、英語力があれば尚可。英語の読み書きを入社後に学ぶ意欲のある方を歓迎します。
