Lead hands-on assembly and packaging operations, coach a capable team, and drive safe, accurate, on-time production while improving quality and efficiency.
The Assembly Lead is responsible for coordinating and directing daily assembly, bagging, packaging, labeling, and production support activities to ensure work orders are completed accurately, safely, and on time. This position provides day-to-day leadership to assembly personnel, assigns and monitors work activities, supports training and performance development, and helps ensure operational objectives are achieved.

Minimum Qualifications

Experience operating Forklift, Reach Truck, and Order Picker equipment preferred; certification required or ability to obtain certification.

The compensation for this position will typically range from $20.00 - $24.50/hr. The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity.
