About the Role Join Nova Bus (AB Volvo) in Saint-Eustache to contribute to the future of mobility and the electrification of transportation. You will perform assembly of bus parts and handle a range of tasks in a clean, safe environment while using electrical and pneumatic tools. What You'll Do
- Perform assembly operations of various bus parts using electrical and pneumatic tools (drilling holes, screwing, riveting).
- Carry out physically demanding work that involves pulling, pushing, and lifting different materials.
- Work in a diversified role requiring polyvalence and a commitment to quality. What We're Looking For
- Secondary or high school diploma (Grade 12) plus 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, and/or a DEP in a related discipline.
- Manufacturing experience (fabrication) and ability to read and follow detailed plans.
- Good physical endurance and manual dexterity; respect for health and safety procedures.
- Known for precision, quality, and the ability to maintain a steady work pace; strong teamwork spirit. Nice to Have
- 7 weeks of daytime training (formation de 7 semaines de jour). Compensation & Benefits
- Permanent full-time position with a evening shift (16:00 to 00:30).
- Hourly salary of CAD 28.03 with rapid progression to CAD 32.98 after 18 months.
- Evening shift premium of CAD 1.80 per hour, if applicable.
