Your responsibilities:

• Basic assembly: perform simple, non-complex assembly of components (e.g., snapping, gluing, screwing, packaging) under direct supervision.
• Material preparation: count, sort, and organize materials and components, ensuring all necessary parts are available at the workstation.
• Inspection: perform basic visual inspections to ensure all parts are present and the assembly is complete before packaging.
• Packaging: assist with the final step of the process, including bagging, boxing, and labeling finished assembled products.
• Work readiness: quickly adapt to the requirements of various short-term mandates across different warehouse or assembly sites.

location: Maryville, TN work hours: 05:00 AM - 03:30 PM

qualifications

• up to 35 lbs. (medium lifting)

skills

• Basic mechanical aptitude
• Inspect quality and defects of products
• Operate assembly tools and equipment such as soldering stations, wire strippers and crimping tools
• Assemble products according to specifications

dress code:

• Black shirts or t-shirts must have sleeves and be without any holes or rips. Pants without any holes or rips. No profane or suggestive texts and images. Steel or composite toe footwear only.
