Job title: Assembler
About the Role As an Assembler you will assemble parts in an assigned area until final product is complete. This role supports production by handling non-automated equipment and following work instructions, while maintaining safety and efficiency.
What You'll Do
- Work on non-automated equipment such as RF Sealer and other kitting functions
- Perform work per work instructions and area metrics
- Keep work area clean by disposing empty boxes and cardboard, as well as keeping material
- Inform proper personnel of material shortage
- Train others in all areas
- Adhere to all safety requirements in the work area
- Practice 6S
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Understand and follow verbal and written instructions
- Basic math skills
- Work well with others
- Willingness to adhere to safety requirements and able to meet physical demands; reasonable accommodations may be made
- Knowledge of 6S methodology
- Ability to train others in all areas
- Knowledge of non-automated equipment such as RF Sealer or willingness to learn
- Physical and Weight Lifting Demands as described; accommodations available
