Job title: Assembler Level 3
About the Role The Assembler Level 3 will assemble complex components and subassemblies into finished products while ensuring compliance with engineering drawings, work instructions, and quality standards. This role requires a high level of mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
The position supports on-site manufacturing operations in Kent, Washington.
What You'll Do
- Assemble components and subassemblies into completed products according to engineering drawings, specifications, and work instructions.
- Ensure compliance with established quality standards and procedures.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and work instructions to determine proper assembly procedures.
- Perform quality checks and inspect components for fit, function, and defects.
- Maintain a clean, organized workstation and document work performed.
- Work independently with minimal supervision and escalate issues as needed.
- Follow shift schedule: Monday-Friday 6:00am-2:30pm.
