About the Role Responsible for assembling products and recording required information to meet production requirements and quality standards. Contributes to the operation of the production area and ensures compliance with GMP, GDP, ISO, ESD, and other regulatory requirements. What You'll Do
- Build products by following all processes in which trained (in their most current revision), and completing other assigned work, while meeting manufacturing goals and metrics.
- Adhere to safety policies and site-specific procedures; follow GMP, GDP, ESD and regulatory requirements.
- Demonstrate understanding of document control procedures and basic test and measurement equipment usage.
- Use SAP at a basic level if applicable.
- Determine if components and/or assemblies meet specification and reject if necessary; escalate issues to manager.
- Maintain accurate records, including shop floor paperwork (SFP).
- Work independently or as part of a group; demonstrate high quality in mechanical and electronic assembly with minimal supervision. What We're Looking For
- Minimum Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent, or 3+ years of work experience. Medical device or other regulated manufacturing environment experience preferred but not required. Must have basic computer skills; SAP experience a plus. Must be able to work in a team environment.
- Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Knowledge of and ability to use basic small hand tools and power tools; knowledge of and ability to use basic test and measurement equipment; strong oral and written communication skills. Nice to Have
- Medical device or other regulated manufacturing environment experience (preferred). Compensation & Benefits
- Starting compensation is between $21.30 per hour.
