About the Role You will work in the belting cell assembling conveyor components using hand tools. The role focuses on building assemblies from work orders and blueprints, while maintaining a safe, organized environment and supporting process quality and continuous improvement. What You'll Do
- Perform conveyor assemblies or sub-assemblies from work orders or blueprints.
- Work safely and follow all safety procedures.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment and perform 5S tasks as required.
- Inspect finished product for defects and perform quality checks.
- Other duties as assigned.
- 4-Day Work Week Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 2:00 PM–12:30 PM. What We're Looking For
- A team player with excellent communication skills.
- Basic computer, measurement, and math skills.
- Mechanical aptitude and blueprint reading skills.
- Ability to be flexible and adjust priorities to reflect changing needs or job demands.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to safely lift/push/pull up to 40 lbs. Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $19+/hour, depending on experience; Additional $2/hour for 2nd shift.
