Job title: Assembler (Ball Valve)
About the Role Join Watts Water as an assembler on the ball valve production line. You will perform on-the-line assembly to produce qualified products, maintain 6S on the shop floor, and support continuous improvement with supervisors.
What You'll Do
- Perform on-the-line assembly of ball valves according to process requirements to produce qualified products.
- Maintain 6S on the production floor and keep the workshop clean and organized.
- Follow supervisor assignments and promptly report work status, offering improvement suggestions.
- Complete work tasks on time with quality and quantity targets.
- Daily responsibilities include meeting production targets, keeping the workshop tidy, and performing routine equipment maintenance.
What We're Looking For
- High school or technical secondary education, mechanical-related major.
- At least 1 year of mechanical processing experience; experience on a production line; quick-thinking and agile; ball valve industry experience preferred.
- Able to read mechanical drawings; able to use common measuring tools and inspection gauges.
- Strong sense of responsibility, dedication, able to endure hard work, willing to follow assignments; ability to work shifts.
Nice to Have
- Ball valve industry experience preferred.
