About the Role Assembler to assemble a product according to specific assembly procedures in a lean manufacturing environment. This role supports 1st and 2nd shifts and emphasizes quality, process adherence, and efficient production. What You'll Do
- Verify integrity of material to be assembled and report defects.
- Recognize and identify any non-conforming material and inform appropriate manufacturing personnel.
- Assemble and packout products following specific procedures.
- Maintain inventory, equipment, data collection and housekeeping within the work area.
- Understand and follow all applicable ISO and job-specific procedures.
- Responsible for the accuracy of work-in-process.
- Responsible for the cleanliness of work area and surrounding work space.
- Maintain IQS and 5S; ensure ESD integrity within the production environment.
- Use various hand tools (pliers, rulers, cutters and pneumatic tools such as torque drivers, torque wrenches and screwdrivers).
- Other responsibilities as directed and necessary for the business. What We're Looking For
- High School diploma or equivalent education. Technical training a plus.
- 0+ years electro-mechanical assembly in the manufacturing industry.
- Ability to read assembly procedures and follow visual aids.
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing process.
- Ability to follow mechanical and electrical drawings.
- Basic mechanical assembly knowledge.
- Capable of performing job function utilizing written procedures, verbal instructions and visual aids.
- Basic computer skills.
- Electrical wiring skills are a plus.
- Good organizational skills.
- Ability to work and communicate effectively in a lean team environment. Nice to Have

- Salary: $18.00 per hour starting, depending on experience.
