Dr. Martens se está preparando para esta época en la que las ventas son las protagonistas. Estamos buscando vendedores con flexibilidad a tiempo parcial para unirse a nuestro equipo en nuestra tienda de El Corte Ingles Bilbao durante este periodo con contrato de 10 o 25 horas a la semana. Actualmente la disponibilidad requerida es de Noviembre a Enero.

Nuestrxs asistentes de venta son la columna vertebral de nuestra tienda durante la campaña. Sin ellxs, no podríamos brindar el servicio Premium a nuestro cliente, el cual nos distingue. Ellxs encarnan su pasión por Dr. Martens y lo convierten en una experiencia inolvidable de venta, asegurándose de que nuestros clientes encuentren exactamente lo que buscan y salgan de nuestras tiendas con una sonrisa y ganas de volver. Descripcion del puesto:

• Utiliza tu pasión por Dr. Martens para impulsar las ventas y cumplir los objetivos para ayudar a la tienda a alcanzar sus metas durante este período frenético.
• Se tu mismx con el cliente y crea una experiencia de compra excepcional para todo el que entre por nuestras puertas.
• Maneja las transacciones en la caja de acuerdo con los procedimientos operativos de la tienda.
• Llevar a cabo tareas como la ubicación del surtido, perfilado y reposición de la tienda.
• Mostrar empatía, trabajar en equipo y colaborar para la consecución de los objetivos semanales de la tienda. ¡La unión hace la fuerza!

Para ser nuestro Sales Assistant debes poseer estas cualidades:

• Experiencia en un entorno de cara al cliente con ritmo de trabajo. Puede ser una ventaja si se trata de una marca de moda / calzado / Premium.
• Capacidad de trabajar bajo presión, nuestras tiendas se llenan y muchos clientes necesitan y requieren tu asesoramiento.
• Conviértete en embajador de nuestra marca, encarnando nuestros valores y animando a otros a hacer lo mismo, incluso cuando la tienda está extremadamente ocupada.
• Empatía con el cliente y saber satisfacer sus necesidades y demandas.
• ¡Sé profesional, sé tú mismx!
• La disponibilidad es esencial: los turnos pueden variar de una semana a otra, y necesitaremos tu flexibilidad para cubrir diferentes días y horarios durante este período.
