About the Role As the Accounts Receivable Assistant at ROMEU, you will support cash flow management and credit activities within the finance and administration team. Your focus will be on optimizing resources and providing accurate financial information to facilitate decision making. What You'll Do
- Use analysis, control, and planning tools to allocate and obtain funds, project cash flow, and determine the required liquidity.
- Monitor spending limits to prevent compromising the company’s daily cash flow.
- Supervise the collections process to meet debt KPIs according to group limits.
- Analyze and extend credit to clients.
- Disseminate standards and procedures for better AR performance and operation.
- Supervise weekly invoicing to meet AR KPIs.
- Oversee recording of cost/sales information for operations in the ERP system.
- Responsible for the required approvals/homologations from various clients and suppliers.
- Ensure effective communication between the administration and finance areas.
- Maintain relationships with banks, financial entities, and others.
- Prepare the Ambition on a quarterly basis, in accordance with group guidelines. What We're Looking For
