Job title: Asesor/a Didáctico/a
About the Role You will be part of the Customer Success team and the main reference for our schools in Ecuador. Your mission is to ensure the successful implementation of our educational proposition and that Innovamat runs effectively at each school we work with in the country.
What You'll Do
- Manage between 15 and 20 schools as their Didáctico Advisor, being the main contact for Innovamat
- Build trusted relationships with teachers, coordinators and principals
- Resolve questions, motivate the team, and ensure a positive experience with our proposal
- Visit schools and perform both on-site and virtual follow-ups to guarantee a successful implementation
- Monitor key indicators, log interactions in Salesforce and work toward annual renewals
What We're Looking For
- A passion for mathematics and education
- Knowledge of mathematics didactics
- Understanding of the Ecuador school context
- Advanced English level
- Based in Quito with availability to travel
Nice to Have
- Proven experience engaging with schools and/or educational institutions
- Prior work in organizations related to the education sector
