About this role
About the Role Responsable de atender las necesidades de los clientes y generar oportunidades de venta (venta directa, fidelización, reactivación) mediante contacto directo con los clientes de la oficina y uso de herramientas de fidelización (Te Cuidamos). Prestar soporte administrativo al Director/a de la Oficina y a los Técnicos Comerciales para aumentar la eficiencia de la Oficina. Ejecutar acciones comerciales telefónicas con el objetivo de reactivar antiguos clientes o anulaciones. Atender a los clientes potenciales que acuden a la Oficina pidiendo información para detectar posibles necesidades aseguradoras. Tramitar incidencias que afectan a los seguros de los clientes de cartera, mejorar el grado de fidelización y generar nuevas oportunidades. Gestiones comerciales derivadas del SGC. Cumplir los principios institucionales y organizativos del grupo MAPFRE. What You'll Do
