Funciones
- Atender las necesidades de los clientes y generar oportunidades de venta ( venta directa, fidelización, reactivación…) a través del contacto directo con los clientes de la oficina y el uso de herramientas de fidelización ( Te Cuidamos ).
- Prestar soporte administrativo al Director de la Oficina y a los Técnicos Comerciales para aumentar la eficiencia de la Oficina.
- Ejecutar acciones comerciales telefónicas con el objetivo de reactivar antiguos clientes o anulaciones.
- Atender a los clientes potenciales que acuden a la Oficina pidiendo información para detectar posibles necesidades aseguradoras.
