Maja Sportwear is seeking an ASESOR DE VENTAS JR to join a dynamic team in the retail sportswear and outdoor segment. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, understanding client needs, and driving in-store and phone-based sales while maintaining post-sale quality and updating customer data for out-of-stock products.
What You'll Do
- Guarantee a high level of customer satisfaction for the brand's clients.
- Assess customers' needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
- Manage the sales process in-store and by phone.
- Track and achieve sales targets at the store.
- Provide excellent post-sale service.
- Update the customer database for clients seeking out-of-stock products.
What We're Looking For
- Completed high school with certificate or a degree in sales-related fields.
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in retail.
- Knowledge of sales techniques and customer service.
- Availability and service-oriented attitude.
