Propósito El Asesor de Cobranzas tiene la función de garantizar el cumplimiento de las estrategias y procedimientos del área, debe realizar la gestión de cobro a las cuentas asignadas y garantizar la rehabilitación de estas cuentas para maximizar la recuperación de las cuentas reduciendo las pérdidas. Dentro de sus funciones se encuentra la gestión de cobro telefónica. Debe brindar a los clientes un excelente servicio y brindar soluciones coherentes a su situación financiera. Así mismo debe garantizar el cumplimiento de la meta establecida tanto a nivel cuantitativo como cualitativo.
