Job Summary
The Art Open Studio Monitor position supervises student work outside of class time and works with Faculty on maintenance of Shiley-Marcos 403 and 408 and the materials in those spaces.
Core Duties
- Collaborate with Faculty on maintenance and oversight of Shiley-Marcos 403 and 408, and the materials in those spaces
- Supervise proper use of space and materials during Open Studio time
- Coordinate access into the studios with faculty members
- Other relevant duties as assigned
- Coordinate with supervisor & Faculty on scheduled work hours and lab time, which is roughly 8-10 hours per week
Minimum Qualifications
- Must have taken a studio art class at UP
- Must be approved by a faculty member
Preferred Qualifications
- Must be able to help with student projects
